Founder Steve Puckett, Microsoft Certified Professional, got his start working in various technical support roles as a support representative and mentor in training at Stream International and worked his way up to systems administrator at RNA Health Information Systems/AccuNet Consulting. Just before going full time with TekCom Computer LLC, Steve worked at Vizient, Inc. as an analyst, application support troubleshooting technical issues likes virus/malware issues, installing software via Tivoli deployment, configuring in-house designed reporting and analytics tools onto client servers.
Steve lives in Wylie, Texas with his wife and son and is a member of the Wylie Chamber of Commerce.
